My recent corporate retreat at Rodeway was a mixed experience. The staff, especially Julie, Christina, and Shina, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. However, the non-smoking room request wasn't fulfilled, causing discomfort due to my asthma. The noise levels were disruptive, affecting my ability to work remotely. I had to request basic amenities like extra toilet paper and towels, which should have been readily available. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but the presence of critters was unsettling. The hotel's more akin to a motel and not conducive to a productive business stay. On the upside, the free parking and 24-hour reception were convenient for our team. Despite the shortcomings, the staff's exceptional service salvaged some parts of the experience.
